Mr. A. Defanti is the CEO and Founder of ZENOBIO AZ SA. He is our Chief Economist and Senior Business Advisor with over ten years of international experience as Bank & Financial Advisor, Family Officer, and Real Estate Manager. As Managing Director of the company, Mr. Defanti covers both representatives and operational roles. He speaks fluently Italian, German, French and English
Majid Aflaki
- Business Consultant Iran -
Mr. M Aflaki is a Swiss-Italian -Iranian Business Developer Manager. He has been living in Switzerland since 2000 where graduated in Business Administration. He covered roles of manager and owner of several High Fashion and trading companies in Switzerland and Iran. Mr. Aflaki developed various and proven marketing management expertise as well as negotiation skills. He speaks Italian, Persian and English.
Arch. Nayereh Aminfakhr

Mrs. N. Aminfakhr is an Iranian architect with the post-graduate degree from Poitecnico di Milano. She has studied and worked as an architect and designer on significant projects in Iran, Italy and Switzerland. She has an appreciation for elegance, admires the attention to details and has a good understanding of the cultural roots in Persian and Italian Design. She speaks Italian, Persian and English.
Ing. Amir Davari
- Technical Manager -
Mr. A. Davari is an Iranian Registered Engineer and supervisor. He is an expert mechanical engineer as well as construction coordinator and has over 10 years of experience as the Site Manager for numerous residential and commercial projects in Iran. He works as the supervisor of various urban projects for municipality of Isfahan. Mr. Davari has an extensive background in sport and is the national champion in taekwondo.
Arch. Marcello Battaglia

Mr. M. Battaglia is an Italian Registered Architect, graduated at Politecnico di Milano he worked as a building architect in Italy, Switzerland and UK. In 2013 he won a scholarship for a post-graduate course in lounge and restaurant design at Polidesign in Milan. Actually is working on many projetcs in Italy and other countries about Bar, Restaurant and hospitality design where he provides from the Concept idea to the coordinate image to the detail control.
